Fleetalyse supplies tracker service access, platform use, SIM connectivity where applicable, customer portal tools and related support. Trackers must be used with an active Fleetalyse subscription after any 14 day trial.
Eligible trackers receive a 14 day trial when registered in the customer portal. After the trial, service may be suspended or disconnected unless a valid Fleetalyse subscription, top-up or prepaid subscription code is active. Prepaid codes are one-use digital activation credits and must be redeemed against an eligible device.
Second-hand or re-registered devices can only be accepted if they are eligible, not blocked, and not active under another customer. Fleetalyse may reject or manually review suspicious or disputed registrations.
Eligible trackers may be released/unlocked for use with another tracking provider by request. A £50.00 + VAT administration fee applies per device, currently £60.00 total. An active subscription/service may be required before release can be processed, release can take up to 48 hours, and Fleetalyse may reject or review requests where ownership cannot be verified, payment is overdue, fraud or suspicious activity exists, or the device is unsupported or ineligible.
Once released, Fleetalyse services, features and connectivity may stop functioning. Release does not guarantee third-party compatibility, may be irreversible, and release fees are non-refundable once processing has started.
You must provide accurate account and vehicle details, keep login details secure, maintain lawful authority to track vehicles or assets, and not misuse the tracker, SIM, platform or data services.
GPS, mobile networks, SIM data and third-party systems may be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate at times. Fleetalyse is not a theft prevention or recovery guarantee.
Payments are handled by Stripe. If a payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or a prepaid code expires or is refunded, Fleetalyse may suspend service access and device connectivity until the account is brought up to date.
Fleetalyse processes account, payment, support, device, claim and location data to provide the service, protect accounts and manage subscriptions. Previous owner tracking data is not transferred when an eligible used device is registered to a new customer.
