A windscreen dashcam with its own 4G modem and satellite receiver. It films the road in 1080p, can send event clips over the mobile network and reports the vehicle's position to Fleetalyse the way a tracker does. This page is about the hardware: what's in it, what it needs and how it's fitted.
A camera that only records to a card is only useful once somebody has the card in their hand. By then the loop may already have recorded over the part you need.
The CV200 saves a clip and a snapshot for each event and can send them over 4G. It reports the vehicle's position and alerts while it drives, so you know when and where something happened. The continuous recording still sits on the card if you need more than the clip.
Because the tracker is built in, the camera also does the job a separate GPS tracker would. That's one unit to wire in per vehicle, not two.

While the ignition is on, the CV200 records continuously to the memory card and writes over the oldest footage when the card fills. Queclink reckons a 256 GB card holds about 44 hours at the highest quality with a second camera plugged in, and longer without one.
On top of that loop, each of these saves its own clip and snapshot:
Queclink's ADAS warnings (forward collision, headway monitoring and pedestrian collision) use the road camera. They are a paid option, switched on camera by camera with a licence key from Queclink, then calibrated in the QuCam app.
Driver monitoring (DMS) spots eyes closing, yawning, distraction, smoking and phone use. It needs Queclink's separate DMS camera as well as a key.

On a Pro subscription the CV200 appears in Fleetalyse as a vehicle, alongside any trackers you already have. Its trips and alerts sit under that vehicle, each with the time and place.
Pro is the plan that includes cameras. HGV Pro works too. Essential doesn't, and the Customer Portal won't offer it when you register a dashcam.

The camera takes a nano SIM (4FF), and for the moment you supply it. Any UK SIM with 4G data should do, as long as the allowance has room for video.
Check it's a 4G plan. The CV200 has no 2G at all, and its 3G fallback is no help in the UK now the 3G networks are off. Its LTE bands include 1, 3, 7, 8 and 20, which UK networks use for 4G. You'll also need the network's APN to hand.
Not the Fleetalyse IoT SIM. That SIM's allowance is sized for tracker position reports, not video, so we don't offer it with the camera.
A Fleetalyse dashcam data SIM is on the way. It won't be long. Until then, use your own.
You fit it, or your own installer does. We don't arrange fitting, but we'll talk either of you through it. Roughly, it goes like this:
Talk to us before you start. Queclink's manual does the first configuration with a USB-C debug cable and a Windows tool, and that cable isn't in the box. Tell us which SIM you're using and we'll tell you what your camera needs to report to Fleetalyse.
You buy the camera once, in the shop. The Pro subscription is separate: you choose it, and pay for it, when you register the camera in the Customer Portal.

Put your own 4G data SIM and a microSD card behind the cover, then wire the camera in and mount it, yourself or with your own installer.
Log in to the Customer Portal (or create an account), open Add/Register Device and enter the camera's 15-digit IMEI. It's on the camera's label, and the QuCam app shows it too.
Pick a billing period of 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 or 36 months and add your card through Stripe. The usual 14-day free period comes first, then the period is charged upfront. Essential isn't offered for a dashcam.
Once it's registered, the camera should appear in Fleetalyse. If it doesn't, call or message us and we'll help you check the SIM settings, starting with the APN.
Yes. It has an LTE Cat 6 modem built in. The EU variant we sell, the CV200XEU, covers LTE bands 1, 3, 7, 8 and 20, which UK networks use for 4G. It has no 2G, and its 3G fallback is no use in the UK now 3G has been switched off.
A nano-size (4FF) SIM with 4G data and an allowance with room for video. You supply it for now, because our tracker IoT SIM isn't suitable for video. A Fleetalyse dashcam SIM is on the way.
The CV200 is £250.00 inc VAT, paid once. On top of that it needs a Fleetalyse Pro subscription, from £6.00 a month (£215.99 paid upfront for 36 months, or £7.99 for a single month), or HGV Pro. Prices include VAT.
A microSD card formatted FAT32. Queclink recommends 64 GB or more, at least U3/V30, and has tested a 256 GB Samsung PRO Endurance. The card isn't included.
Yes, 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. Double-press the button and the camera starts its own hotspot for Queclink's QuCam phone app, which gives you a live view for lining the camera up, clip downloads and card formatting.
For the vehicle it's fitted to, yes. It reports position, trips, speeding, harsh driving and geofence events to Fleetalyse like a tracker does, so you don't need a second unit in that vehicle.
Yes, one. There's a plug-in socket for one extra Queclink camera: cab, rear-view, cargo or the DMS driver-monitoring camera. They record at 720p. Ask us about them before you order.
