Key features

Why choose the Queclink CV200

Full HD on the road ahead

1080proad-facing camera

The 2 MP camera records 1920 x 1080 through a lens wider than 140 degrees. You can have the date, time, speed and position stamped on the video.

There is no driver-facing camera built in. One extra 720p camera (cab, DMS, rear or cargo) plugs in, sold separately.

Queclink CV200

A clip of what happened, not hours of video

30 sdefault event clip

Harsh braking, an impact or a press of the panic button saves a clip that covers the moments before and after, and the camera can send it over 4G. Everything else stays on the microSD card, recorded in a loop that writes over the oldest files while the vehicle is driven.

No microSD card in the box. Queclink recommends a high-endurance card of 64 GB or more.

Tracking from the same box

< 3 mposition accuracy

GPS, Galileo, GLONASS and BeiDou put the vehicle on the Fleetalyse map with its trips, speed and harsh-driving events, so the camera does a tracker's job as well.

Needs a Fleetalyse Pro or HGV Pro subscription and your own 4G data SIM.

The Fleetalyse live map showing tracked vehicles

Cars, vans and HGVs

8-32 Vpower input

It runs on 12 V and 24 V vehicles, hard-wired to permanent live, ignition and ground. Over-voltage protection and a battery over-discharge cut-off are built in, with a 470 mAh backup battery inside.

Fit it yourself or use your own installer. We don't arrange fitting, but we'll help.

AI warnings, once activated

ADASoptional AI warnings

Queclink's ADAS uses the road camera to warn the driver about a forward collision, following too closely or a pedestrian ahead. With the DMS camera added, it can also pick up eyes closing, yawning, phone use and smoking.

Both are optional Queclink features, switched on with a licence key and calibrated after fitting. Ask us before you order if you need them.

Product details

The CV200 is a windscreen dashcam and a 4G vehicle tracker in one unit. Its road-facing camera records 1920 x 1080 video through a lens wider than 140 degrees. While the vehicle is driven it records to a microSD card in one-minute files, writing over the oldest when the card is full.

When something happens, say harsh braking, a collision or the driver pressing the panic button, it saves a clip covering the moments before and after and sends it over 4G. GPS, Galileo, GLONASS and BeiDou put the vehicle on the Fleetalyse map at the same time, so you can see where and when it happened.

What else you need

  • A Fleetalyse Pro subscription, or HGV Pro. You choose it when you register the camera in the Customer Portal, for 1 to 36 months paid upfront. Essential doesn't include camera support, so it isn't offered for the CV200.
  • Your own 4G data SIM, Nano size. The CV200 has no 2G and UK 3G has been switched off, so the SIM needs 4G data. Our tracker IoT SIM isn't made for video. A Fleetalyse dashcam SIM is coming soon.
  • A microSD card. There isn't one in the box. Queclink recommends a high-endurance card of 64 GB or more, up to 256 GB.
  • Someone to wire it in. It's hard-wired to permanent live, ignition and ground on a 12 V or 24 V vehicle. Fit it yourself or use your own installer. We don't arrange fitting, but we'll help either of you.

About the AI features

Queclink's ADAS warnings (forward collision, following too closely, pedestrians ahead) use the road camera, but they're optional: Queclink switches them on with a licence key, and the camera is then calibrated in its phone app. Driver monitoring, which picks up eyes closing, yawning, phone use and smoking, also needs the separate DMS camera. If either matters to you, ask us before you order.

What the Queclink CV200 AI Dashcam needs to work

Requires a Fleetalyse Pro subscription, from £6.00 a month inc VAT. HGV Pro works too, and you choose either when you register the camera in the Customer Portal. It also needs your own 4G data SIM and a microSD card, and it is hard-wired to 12 V or 24 V power by you or your own installer.

Queclink CV200 AI Dashcam: questions buyers ask

How much does the Queclink CV200 AI Dashcam cost to run?

£250.00 inc VAT (£208.33 ex VAT) for the camera, with free UK delivery. It then needs a Fleetalyse Pro subscription, chosen when you register it in the Customer Portal: £7.99 a month on a monthly term, or £215.99 for 36 months paid upfront, which works out at £6.00 a month inc VAT. HGV Pro is £11.99 a month on a monthly term. Your 4G data SIM is paid to whichever mobile network you choose.

Can I run the CV200 on the Essential plan?

No. Essential doesn't include camera support, so the Customer Portal only offers Pro or HGV Pro when you register a CV200. Both come on 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 or 36-month terms, paid upfront for the term. Compare the plans.

Does the CV200 come with a SIM card?

No. Fit your own Nano SIM with 4G data on it. Video uses far more data than a tracker, so pick an allowance that suits how many clips you expect. The Fleetalyse IoT SIM we sell for trackers has a fair-use allowance sized for tracking data, not video, so we don't offer it with the camera. A Fleetalyse dashcam data SIM is coming soon. If the camera won't connect on your SIM, get in touch and we'll help with the APN settings.

Is the CV200 4G?

Yes. The CV200XEU is Queclink's European version, on 4G LTE Cat 6 with FDD bands B1, B3, B7, B8, B20 and B28 among others, so it covers the main UK 4G bands. It can drop to 3G, which no longer helps in the UK now the networks have switched 3G off, and it has no 2G at all. Whatever SIM you fit needs 4G data.

How is the CV200 fitted?

It sticks to the inside of the windscreen on a 3M adhesive bracket that tilts from 0 to 80 degrees. Put it high up where it won't block the driver's view; Queclink suggests aiming it so about 30% of the picture is sky. The 4 m cable is hard-wired at the fuse box: permanent live, ignition and ground, on any 12 V or 24 V vehicle (it takes 8-32 V). The SIM and microSD card go behind a screwed cover. The Torx screws are in the box, a screwdriver isn't. Fit it yourself if you're happy working on vehicle wiring, or use your own installer. We don't arrange fitting, but we'll help you or your fitter.

Does the CV200 have a driver-facing camera?

Not built in. It has one road-facing Full HD camera and a socket for one extra camera, sold separately: an interior cab camera, a DMS driver-monitoring camera, or a rear or cargo camera. The extra cameras record at 720p.

Are the AI warnings switched on when it arrives?

Only once Queclink has activated them. The ADAS warnings (forward collision, close following and pedestrians ahead) run on the road camera, but they're an optional Queclink feature, switched on with a licence key and then calibrated in Queclink's phone app. Driver monitoring (eyes closing, yawning, phone use, smoking) also needs the DMS camera. If you need either, ask us before you order.

How much footage does the CV200 keep?

It records to a microSD card in one-minute files whenever the vehicle is driven, and writes over the oldest when the card is full. Queclink puts it at about 44 hours of driving on a 256 GB card at high quality with a second camera running. There's no card in the box: use a high-endurance card of 64 GB or more, up to 256 GB, formatted FAT32.

What is the Wi-Fi on the CV200 for?

Press the button twice and the camera starts its own Wi-Fi hotspot. Queclink's QuCam phone app connects to it for live view, downloading clips, calibrating the AI features and formatting the card. It isn't a hotspot for drivers to use.

Is there a discount for buying more than one?

Yes, automatically at the basket: 3% off 3+, 5% off 5+, 10% off 10+ units. The discount applies to the hardware in the same order, and it stacks with a referral or promotional code.

How quickly will it arrive?

UK delivery is free and goes by Royal Mail 24. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the next working day, and Royal Mail 24 usually arrives the working day after that, so most UK orders land within two working days. Royal Mail aims at next-day delivery rather than guaranteeing it. Full details are on our delivery page.

What warranty does it carry, and what if it is not right for us?

Queclink's manufacturer warranty is 12 months. It doesn't cover accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear. Consumers have 14 days to return an unused camera under our returns policy, and business customers can talk to us before ordering if they want to check it suits one vehicle first.
