The Fleetalyse Global IoT SIM is a physical data SIM for compatible unlocked GPS trackers, telematics hardware and low-data IoT devices. It roams across partner networks rather than sitting on a single operator, so a tracker can stay connected as vehicles move.
iot.truphone.com, with no username or password requiredEach SIM includes up to 40 MB of data per month, which is generous for position reporting on a typical GPS tracker.
You can see your own usage in the customer portal at any time. If a SIM approaches the monthly allowance we will contact you before taking any action, rather than cutting the connection without warning.
Remote tachograph downloads transfer files rather than positions and use considerably more data. If you run tachograph downloads over this SIM, talk to us first so we can put you on the right allowance.
Choose a 12, 24 or 36 month term in the shop and pay in advance by secure Stripe checkout.
The card is posted to you. Fit it to your tracker and set the APN to iot.truphone.com.
Add the SIM to your Fleetalyse customer portal account using the ICCID printed on the card.
Check usage, suspend and reactivate the SIM, or cancel renewal, all from the portal.
Your subscription renews automatically on the same terms so the tracker keeps working.
If you cancel renewal, or a renewal payment fails, the SIM is locked at the end of the paid period and the tracker stops sending data. Nothing is lost: buy a new term in the portal and the same SIM is unlocked again.
We will email you before a renewal is taken and before a SIM is locked.
Compatibility is not universal. Confirm the physical SIM size, frequency bands, roaming support and APN controls for your device before ordering. Coverage depends on local network partners, compatible hardware and signal availability.
This SIM is a natural match for the unlocked Teltonika GPS trackers in the Fleetalyse shop, which are supplied without a SIM card and without platform lock-in. Tracker hardware, installation, server configuration and any tracking-platform subscription are not included with a SIM subscription.
