Defective products only
Fleetalyse accepts returns for products that are defective, damaged on arrival, or not working as expected due to a verified product fault.
We do not accept returns for unwanted items, incorrectly ordered products, customer installation errors, opened/used non-defective accessories, activated subscriptions, activated SIMs or software services, unless required by applicable consumer law.
No exchanges
Fleetalyse does not offer product exchanges. Where a product is confirmed as defective, we may arrange a repair, replacement or refund depending on the fault, product condition and statutory rights.
How to request a return
Please contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, product name, fault description, photos if relevant, and your contact details.

Return condition
Returned products must include all supplied parts and packaging where possible. Products must not be damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, modification or unauthorised repair.
