Hardware returns
Fleetalyse accepts hardware returns where a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or not working because of a verified product fault. Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm the next step.
Returned hardware should include all supplied parts and packaging where possible. We may refuse or reduce a refund where the product has been damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, unauthorised repair or missing parts.
Standard delivery information is available in our shipping policy. Return postage may be the customer's responsibility unless the product is confirmed defective, damaged on arrival, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Subscriptions and prepaid codes
Public shop subscription purchases are delivered as prepaid subscription codes. These codes are digital activation credits that must be redeemed inside the Fleetalyse customer portal against an eligible tracker.
Unused prepaid subscription codes may be reviewed for cancellation or refund where legally required and where the code has not been redeemed, blocked, transferred, used to extend a device, or included as part of a wider hardware bundle.
Once a prepaid code has been redeemed against a tracker, the digital service period begins or is extended. Redeemed codes, activated SIM/data services, active subscriptions and completed digital activations are normally non-refundable except where applicable law gives you a specific right.
14 day trial and service suspension
Eligible trackers registered through the customer portal receive a 14 day Fleetalyse trial. After the trial, the tracker requires an active subscription, top-up or valid prepaid code to remain connected. If service expires, fails payment or is cancelled, tracker access and connectivity may be suspended or disconnected.
Second-hand and re-registered devices
Used or second-hand trackers can only be registered if they are eligible, not blocked, and not active under another customer. Fleetalyse may reject or manually review suspicious, disputed or previously assigned devices. We cannot guarantee that a second-hand device purchased elsewhere is eligible for activation.
Device release/unlock fees
Device release/unlock administration fees are non-refundable once processing has started. Release does not guarantee compatibility with another tracking provider and may result in Fleetalyse services, features or connectivity stopping for that tracker.
