What you are actually buying

Your hardware, our tracking server

You keep the trackers you already paid for. The subscription is for the platform they report into. Fleetalyse hosts that server, so you have nothing to install and nothing to patch or back up.

We host the server

Your devices are repointed to our platform. You don't rent a VPS or babysit uptime. It's UK-hosted, and we do the upgrades.

The API is included

Full API access comes with every tier, from £5.99 per device a month inc VAT. It isn't a paid add-on. Pull live positions, trips, fuel, driver and tachograph data into your own dispatch board or portal, or into an app you build with an AI assistant.

The hardware stays yours

We have no claim on devices we didn't supply. If you stop paying, the platform account is suspended and tracking stops until it's paid up. The trackers on your vehicles remain your property.

You already paid for the hardware once

Most operators who move to us aren't unhappy with their trackers. It's what sits behind them.

How the switch actually works

1. Tell us what you run

Send us the make and model of your trackers. We check them against the live platform list before you pay anything.

2. Sort the SIM

If your SIM is 4G and staying active, keep it. If not, buy a Fleetalyse 4G global IoT SIM in the shop. Either way, we need its ICCID when you register.

3. Devices repointed

Most units are reconfigured remotely: over the air on Teltonika, by SMS command on many others. If yours needs hands on it, your fitter can do it in minutes.

4. You are live

We create your account and the vehicles appear on the map. The manager and driver apps are ready to use.

The catch, up front: to repoint a device we need either its configuration access or physical access to it. If your current provider has locked the unit and won't release the settings, you may need a fitter visit. We'll tell you which applies to your devices before you commit to anything.

Prices are per device. You pick the plan when you register each device and are billed for the full term you choose. Longer terms cost less per month. API access is included on all three.

If your own SIM is 4G and staying active, keep it and pay for the platform only. If you need connectivity from us, this is what it costs.

4G global IoT SIM

You don't need one if your existing SIM is still live and 4G. Ours comes with 40 MB of data a month under fair use. You pay once for a 12, 24 or 36 month term, counted from the SIM's first network activation, and there's no automatic repeat charge. When the term ends, mobile data is suspended until you renew.

  • 12 months: £24.00 inc VAT (£2.00 a month)

Buy an IoT SIM

Bringing your own device only works if the device has a future

Every UK mobile network has already switched off 3G. If your tracker was 3G-only, it has most likely stopped reporting altogether. 2G is next, and the dates are published.

Moving a 2G-only tracker to a new platform buys you a few years at most. Send us the model and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth switching or worth replacing. Sometimes the answer is that you don't need to buy anything from us yet, and we'll say so.

Straight answers

Will my tracker actually work?
342 models from 42 manufacturers are supported. Search the list, or send us the model number and we'll confirm before you pay anything.

Who changes the device settings?
We do, wherever the device lets us do it remotely. Teltonika units can be reconfigured over the air, and many others accept SMS configuration. Only locked or older units need a fitter.

Can I keep my current SIM?
Yes, if it's 4G and stays active. Check who owns it, though. If the SIM belongs to your current provider, they may deactivate it when you leave.

What happens if I stop paying?
Your platform account is suspended. The hardware is yours and stays yours. We have no claim on devices we didn't supply.

Am I locked in?
You choose how long to commit for. When you subscribe, you pick a billing period of 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 or 36 months and pay for it upfront. If you take our SIM, that's a single payment for a 12, 24 or 36 month term, with no automatic repeat charge.

Can I switch a few vehicles first?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Move two or three, run them alongside your existing system for a month, then decide about the rest.
