What you are actually buying

Your hardware, our tracking server

You keep the trackers you already paid for. What you subscribe to is the platform they report into — Fleetalyse hosts the server, so there is nothing for you to run, patch or back up.

We host the server

Your devices are repointed to our platform. No VPS to rent, no software to install, no uptime to babysit. UK-hosted, and we handle the upgrades.

The API is included

Every tier includes full API access from £5.99 per device a month inc VAT — not a paid add-on. Pull live positions, trips, fuel, driver and tachograph data into your own dispatch board, portal or an app you build with an AI assistant.

The hardware stays yours

We have no claim on devices we did not supply. Stop paying and the platform account closes — the trackers on your vehicles remain your property.

How the switch actually works

1. Tell us what you run

Send us the make and model of your trackers. We confirm compatibility against the live platform list before you pay anything.

2. Sort the SIM

Keep your own SIM if it is 4G and staying active, or buy a Fleetalyse 4G global IoT SIM in the shop. Either way, you give us its ICCID when you register.

3. Devices repointed

Most units are reconfigured remotely — over the air on Teltonika, or by SMS command on many others. If yours needs hands on it, your fitter can do it in minutes.

4. You are live

Your account is created and vehicles appear on the map. Manager and driver apps ready to use.

One thing worth knowing up front: to repoint a device we need either its configuration access or physical access to it. If your current provider locked the unit and will not release the settings, a fitter visit may be needed. We will tell you which applies to your devices before you commit to anything.

4G global IoT SIM

Optional if your existing SIM is still live and 4G. Supplied on a 500 MB data bundle valid for up to five years, with automatic top-up so a device never goes dark.

Buy an IoT SIM

Bringing your own device only works if the device has a future

3G has already been switched off by every UK mobile network. If your tracker was 3G-only, it has most likely stopped reporting altogether. 2G is next, and the dates are published.

Moving a 2G-only tracker to a new platform buys you a few years at most. Send us the model and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth switching or worth replacing — including when the answer is that you do not need to buy anything from us yet.

Straight answers

Will my tracker actually work?
342 models from 42 manufacturers are supported. Search the list, or send us the model number and we will confirm before you pay anything.

Who changes the device settings?
We do, wherever the device allows it remotely. Teltonika units can be reconfigured over the air; many others accept SMS configuration. Only locked or older units need a fitter.

Can I keep my current SIM?
If it is 4G and stays active, yes. Be aware that if the SIM belongs to your current provider, they may deactivate it when you leave.

What happens if I stop paying?
Your platform account is suspended. The hardware is yours and stays yours — we have no claim on devices we did not supply.

Am I locked in?
The platform subscription is monthly. The SIM data bundle is a minimum twelve-month commitment, because that is how the connectivity is bought.

Can I switch a few vehicles first?
Yes, and we would encourage it. Move two or three, run them alongside your existing system for a month, then decide about the rest.
