Website, shop, customer portal, subscription and tracker service terms for Fleetalyse customers.

These terms apply when you use the Fleetalyse website, public shop, customer portal, tracker registration flow, prepaid subscription codes, trials, subscriptions and related Fleetalyse services. Separate signed agreements may apply to bespoke fleet contracts.
Tracker registration, device management, prepaid code redemption, top-ups and subscriptions are managed through the Fleetalyse customer portal. You must provide accurate details, keep login credentials secure and tell us promptly if account access may be compromised.
Eligible trackers registered in the portal receive a 14 day trial. After the trial, the tracker requires an active Fleetalyse subscription, top-up or redeemed prepaid subscription code. If no active service exists, Fleetalyse may suspend or disconnect tracker access, SIM connectivity and platform features.
Subscription products purchased in the public shop are prepaid activation credits. After successful Stripe payment, Fleetalyse generates a one-use prepaid subscription code and emails it to the customer where an email address is available. The code must be redeemed in the customer portal against an eligible device.
Active devices are extended from their current expiry date. Expired devices restart from the redemption date. Codes may be marked unused, redeemed, expired, cancelled, refunded or blocked. Codes must not be resold, misused or reused unless Fleetalyse has expressly enabled that use.
Fleetalyse may refuse, block or manually review device registrations where a tracker is not recognised, reported lost/stolen, previously assigned, active under another customer, suspicious, unpaid, or technically unsuitable. No previous owner data is transferred when an eligible second-hand tracker is registered to a new customer.
Customers may request release/unlock of an eligible Fleetalyse tracker for use with another tracking provider. A release/unlock administration fee of £50.00 + VAT applies per device, currently £60.00 total per device.
An active Fleetalyse subscription or service may be required before release can be processed. Release requests are not instant and may take up to 48 hours after eligibility, ownership and payment checks are satisfied. Fleetalyse may reject or manually review release requests where ownership cannot be verified, payment is overdue, fraud or suspicious activity exists, or the device is unsupported or ineligible.
Once released, Fleetalyse services, features, SIM connectivity, support tools and portal functions may stop working. Release does not guarantee compatibility with third-party providers, may be irreversible, and release fees are non-refundable once processing has started.
You are responsible for ensuring that vehicles, assets and people are tracked lawfully, transparently and with any required notices, permissions or policies. You must not use Fleetalyse services for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud or any misuse of a SIM, tracker, platform or API.
Online payments, card details and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. Fleetalyse does not store full card details. Failed, cancelled, refunded or disputed payments may result in service suspension or account review.
GPS, mobile networks, SIM data, mapping, third-party integrations and device hardware can be unavailable, delayed or inaccurate. Fleetalyse is not a theft prevention or recovery guarantee and does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, alerts or location accuracy.
Fleetalyse may process account, device, location, billing, support, registration and security data to provide and protect the service. Admin support tools, including controlled impersonation for troubleshooting, may be logged and audited.
Fleetalyse may update website, portal, shop, subscription and service features where needed for operational, legal, security or commercial reasons. We may suspend accounts or devices for non-payment, suspected misuse, device disputes, fraud risk or breach of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleetalyse excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business interruption, missed alerts, network failures, device misuse or reliance on tracking as a theft recovery guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless a separate customer contract expressly states otherwise.
