Pilot programme — apply

Sell tracking to your own customers, with Fleetalyse behind you

Sell GPS tracking to your own customers with Fleetalyse behind you: partner hardware prices, tools to manage one or many customer fleets, and a Partner API to activate and deactivate tracking from your own software.

We are running the programme as a pilot with a small group of partners. The proposed pilot fee is £299 + VAT (confirmed in your pilot terms before you pay). Your pilot terms state exactly what is available, your service rates and how issues are handled, and you accept them before anything is charged.

Already a Fleetalyse customer? Sign in first and apply from your customer portal, so your account and devices stay together.

Built for businesses that already have the customers

The Partner Programme is for companies that want to sell tracking alongside what they already do, without building a tracking platform.

Installers and auto electricians

You fit the trackers. Keep the ongoing tracking service with your customers instead of handing it to someone else.

Fleet-service resellers and consultants

Transport managers, tachograph bureaux and advisers who already hold the operator relationship.

CRM and software platforms

Offer tracking inside your own product: your server manages activations and shows vehicle data to the right customer.

Dealers and workshops

Bundle tracking with a vehicle sale or service, and manage it for your customers afterwards.

How it works: two separate relationships

Your customers buy from you; you buy from Fleetalyse. The two payments are independent: your customer’s payment never passes through Fleetalyse, and you never share payment keys or card details with us.

Your customer → you

You advertise your service, choose your retail price, take payment, issue your invoice and look after the customer relationship and your own frontend.

  • Your prices and your terms
  • Your checkout and invoices
  • You support your end customers first

You → Fleetalyse

You buy hardware and activate Fleetalyse tracking services. Fleetalyse invoices you monthly at your assigned partner rate card.

  • Partner hardware prices
  • One consolidated monthly usage invoice
  • Fleetalyse supports you and fixes Fleetalyse-side faults

You pay Fleetalyse for the services you have activated until they are deactivated, even if one of your customers stops paying you — so you stay in control of when each service stops.

  1. Apply

Tell us about your business and customers. We review pilot applications and send your pilot terms and rate card.

  2. Set up payment and try test mode

Add a payment method for your monthly invoice, then try customers, fleets and activations in test mode — simulated and never billed.

  3. Add customers, fleets and devices

Create one fleet or many isolated customer fleets. Order trackers at partner prices or register supported devices you already have.

  4. Activate from the portal or your software

Activate and deactivate tracking by hand in the portal, or automatically from your own system through the Partner API.

What the access fee covers — and what it does not

The proposed pilot fee is £299 + VAT, confirmed in your pilot terms before you pay. It is paid once per partner organisation; there is no monthly access fee.

Included

  • The Partner section of your Fleetalyse customer portal for your organisation
  • The partner hardware catalogue and your assigned service rate card
  • Customer, fleet and device administration without writing code
  • Fleetalyse Partner API and Tracking API credentials you create and scope yourself
  • API documentation, examples, a test mode and integration onboarding material
  • Signed webhooks with delivery diagnostics
  • Usage estimates, consolidated service invoices and downloadable usage records
  • Standard platform support within the published support policy

Not included

  • Trackers, other hardware and delivery (bought separately at partner prices)
  • Installation and your own SIM or data service
  • Active tracking services (charged for the time each service is active)
  • Optional paid modules and bespoke software development
  • A hosted tracking interface, custom domain or apps branded entirely as your company

Custom integrations or bespoke workflows can be scoped and quoted separately, before any work starts.

Pay only for the tracking you use

You pay for the time each device’s tracking service is confirmed active — not for mileage, location updates, logins or whether the tracker happens to be online.

Parked for a week

A vehicle parked with an active service is still charged: the service is available the whole time.

Tracker offline

A tracker whose battery is disconnected stays chargeable until you deactivate its service.

Activation that fails

A request that never successfully activates the service is not charged.

Deactivation requested

The portal shows “deactivation pending” until the stop is confirmed; charging stops at the confirmed deactivation.

No active services

A month with no active services has no usage charge.

  • Usage is worked out to the second for each device and totalled on one monthly invoice in arrears, with the calculation shown per device.
  • Totals in the portal are labelled as estimates until the monthly statement is closed.
  • Platform outages are handled under a separately agreed service-credit policy, not inferred from missing GPS messages.

Your service rates are set out in your pilot terms and shown in the portal before you activate anything. There are no unannounced extras: normal API requests are not charged separately.

Partner Programme or full white label?

You can show selected fleet data to your customers inside your own software without becoming a full white-label partner. Your software stays in charge of which customer sees which fleet.

For developers

Automate activations from your own system

When a customer buys from you, your server can create the customer and fleet and request the tracker activation through the Fleetalyse Partner API. Activation is asynchronous: you get an operation back straight away and a signed webhook when it completes.

  • Scoped keys for live and test mode, kept on your server
  • Idempotency keys, so a retried request never activates twice
  • Signed webhooks with delivery logs and replay

Partner Programme questions

Is the access fee a monthly subscription?

The proposed pilot fee is a one-off £299 + VAT per partner organisation, confirmed in your pilot terms before you pay. There is no separate monthly access fee; hardware and active tracking services are charged separately.

What exactly am I charged for each month?

For the time each device’s tracking service is confirmed active, at your assigned partner rates, on one consolidated invoice in arrears. A month with no active services has no usage charge. Hardware is charged when you order it.

Do I need a white-label package to show tracking in my own software?

No. You can create scoped Tracking API credentials for selected customer fleets, and your server shows the vehicle data to the right customer. A hosted interface branded entirely as your company is a separate white-label product.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. You set your retail prices, take payment from your customers and invoice them yourself. Fleetalyse never needs to see your retail prices, and the two payments are independent.

What happens if my customer stops paying me?

You deactivate that service from the portal or through the API. Charging stops when the deactivation is confirmed; until then the service remains yours to pay for.

Can I try it before going live?

Yes. Test mode uses simulated devices and test API keys. Nothing in test mode reaches real devices or customers, and nothing is billed.

Is there a minimum commitment or volume tier?

The proposed programme has no monthly platform minimum and no automatic volume tiers; your pilot terms confirm this before you pay.

Who supports my customers?

You handle your own customers first. Fleetalyse supports you through cases in the partner portal and investigates Fleetalyse-side faults. Support hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30 UK time, excluding bank holidays.
