The Fleetalyse Global IoT SIM is a physical data SIM for compatible unlocked GPS trackers, telematics hardware and low-data IoT devices, supplied on a subscription you manage in the Fleetalyse customer portal.
What is included
- One physical 3-in-1 IoT SIM card in Standard (2FF), Micro (3FF) and Nano (4FF) break-out sizes
- Multi-network roaming availability in up to 135 countries and territories
- Up to 40 MB of data per month under the Fleetalyse fair-use policy
- Simple APN setup: iot.truphone.com, with no username or password required
- Usage, suspend and reactivate controls in the Fleetalyse customer portal
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at the end of the term so your tracker keeps working. You can cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal linked in your Fleetalyse customer account. If renewal is cancelled, or a renewal payment fails, the SIM is locked at the end of the paid period and can be unlocked again by buying a new term.
Compatibility and coverage
Compatibility is not universal. Confirm the physical SIM size, frequency bands, roaming support and APN controls for your device before ordering. Coverage depends on local network partners, compatible hardware and signal availability. Tracker hardware, installation, server configuration and any tracking-platform subscription are not included.
