The Fleetalyse Global IoT SIM is a physical data SIM for compatible unlocked GPS trackers, telematics hardware and low-data IoT devices, supplied on a subscription you manage in the Fleetalyse customer portal.

Activation and expiry
Your paid term starts on first network activation. Mobile data is suspended when that term ends unless another paid term has been added. Contact Fleetalyse before expiry to arrange another term. There is no automatic repeat charge.
Compatibility and coverage
Compatibility is not universal. Confirm the physical SIM size, frequency bands, roaming support and APN controls for your device before ordering. Coverage depends on local network partners, compatible hardware and signal availability. Tracker hardware, installation, server configuration and any tracking-platform subscription are not included.

What does the Fleetalyse IoT SIM Subscription - 36 Months cost per month?
£54.00 inc VAT for the 36-month term, which works out at £1.50 a month inc VAT (£1.25 ex VAT). The SIM is a physical 3-in-1 card, so it fits Standard, Micro and Nano slots.
How much data is included?
Enough for a tracker reporting every few seconds while moving: the fair-use allowance is 40 MB a month, which is several times what a Teltonika tracker on a normal fleet profile uses. It is not intended for cameras or streaming.
Which devices does it work in?
Any unlocked GPS tracker or IoT device that takes a physical SIM and lets you set the APN (iot.truphone.com, no username or password). That covers every unlocked Teltonika tracker in the unlocked range.
Does it roam outside the UK?
Yes. The SIM has roaming availability in up to 135 countries and territories at no extra charge, subject to local network coverage, so a vehicle that crosses to Ireland or the continent keeps reporting.
What happens at the end of the term?
The paid term begins on the SIM's first network activation. When that term ends, mobile data is suspended automatically unless you have already bought another term. Buy a new term and the same SIM is reactivated. There is no exit fee and no automatic repeat charge.
How quickly will it arrive?
UK delivery is free and goes by Royal Mail 24. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the next working day, and Royal Mail 24 usually arrives the working day after that, so most UK orders land within two working days.
