Plans set what the Tracking API returns and how much history it keeps. The plan is a fleet setting; your prices are on your rate card (GET /rate-card).

History is counted back from the time of the request. Journeys are also limited to the periods the vehicle's service was active — see Tracking API.
Device models
Every supported device model has the full capabilities of its plan.
Capabilities depend on the hardware reporting the data: a missing value is returned as
null, never invented as zero.
