The FMB130 is GSM/GPRS only, with no 4G. UK networks have scheduled 2G switch-off from 2029 (EE and O2) into 2030 (Vodafone), so it suits vehicles leaving the fleet before then and like-for-like spares for existing FMB fleets. For anything longer, choose the 4G FMC130.
3+3inputs / outputs
Three digital inputs (two of them can read analogue signals instead), three outputs and a 1-Wire bus take ignition sensing, a fuel level sender, temperature probes, an iButton driver ID reader and an immobiliser relay.
Wired with the supplied 12-pin cable and a 3 A external fuse. Relays, readers and sensors are not included; use a professional fitter.

Green driving, over-speeding, excessive idling and crash detection are built in, and towing, unplug and jamming detection flag interference. The backup battery lets it report that its power was cut.
1CAN-adapter input
There is no CAN bus inside, but an LV-CAN200 or ALL-CAN300 adapter on the dedicated input, or a Bluetooth OBDII dongle, reads fuel level and the vehicle odometer.

It is hardwired with the supplied 12-pin input/output cable: permanent power and ground, ignition on DIN1 and any inputs or outputs you need, with a 3 A external fuse at the battery or main fuse-box feed. With the power disconnected, open the case to fit the Micro-SIM and connect the internal battery, then mount it behind the dashboard near the windscreen with the engraved side facing up. Teltonika says only qualified personnel should connect it, so use a professional fitter.
Only until UK 2G is switched off: from 2029 on EE and O2, and into 2030 on Vodafone. After that it cannot connect. Until then it needs a SIM with 2G (GSM/GPRS) data enabled on UK networks, so confirm that with your SIM provider.

The FMB130 makes sense for vehicles leaving the fleet before 2029, or as a like-for-like spare for a fleet already running 2G FMB trackers.
Not on its own, because it has no built-in CAN. Fuel level and odometer need an LV-CAN200 or ALL-CAN300 adapter on its CAN-adapter input or a Bluetooth OBDII dongle, sold separately. It also takes an analogue fuel sender or an impulse fuel-flow meter, and its GNSS fuel counter estimates use without extra hardware.
