No, the FMB965 is 2G only (GSM/GPRS, quad-band), with no 4G. UK networks have scheduled 2G switch-off from 2029 (EE and O2) into 2030 (Vodafone), so plan to replace it before then and use an IoT SIM that still registers on 2G. For a vehicle you will keep longer, choose a 4G tracker.

It is hardwired with the supplied 0.7 m, 5-pin cable: permanent 10-30 V power, ground, the yellow ignition wire and, if you add a relay, one of the two output wires (Teltonika's documents give different colours for the second output, so check the supplied cable). Teltonika specifies a 3 A external fuse, recommends taking power straight from the battery terminals or the main feed in the fuse box, and advises checking that the ignition wire is true ignition rather than accessory. Mount it label side up with no metal above it, for example under a plastic panel. Teltonika says only qualified personnel should connect it, so use a professional fitter.
