10-90 VDC input
It wires straight into 12 V cars and vans, 24 V trucks and machinery, and higher-voltage electric vehicles. Surge protection to 170 V and reverse-polarity protection to 100 V give headroom on commercial vehicle and plant supplies.
Check that an EV pack's fully charged voltage stays within 90 V.
Teltonika names e-motorcycles, e-mopeds and e-rickshaws for the high-voltage input, so the tracker can take its power from the vehicle's main battery.

Choose this unlocked no-SIM version when you want to configure the APN, SIM provider and tracking platform yourself. The FTC921 is also supported on the Fleetalyse tracking platform, so you can move it to Fleetalyse later with bring-your-own-device.

Yes. The FTC921 is 4G LTE Cat 1 with 2G fallback, and the EU hardware (FTC921-QJAB0) covers B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28, which includes all the main UK bands. LTE is its main bearer, so it keeps working after the UK 2G switch-off scheduled from 2029.
It is hardwired with the supplied 0.7 m cable: permanent 10-90 V power, ground, the yellow ignition wire, the grey analogue input and the white output for a relay. Teltonika specifies a 3 A external fuse and recommends taking power from the main feed in the fuse box, with ground to the frame. Mount it label side towards the sky inside the cab, behind trim or inside the bodywork of a two-wheeler, because the case is only IP41. Use a professional fitter, especially on 24 V trucks, machinery and high-voltage EV systems.

On the FTC921 the grey wire is an analogue input only, while on the FTC920 it can also be set up as a second digital input or ground sense, firmware permitting.
