A compact hard-wired 4G tracker for cars and vans that keeps the trace going through tunnels and car parks and can drive an immobiliser relay.
Dead reckoning uses the accelerometer and gyroscope to keep estimating position when satellites are lost in tunnels and underground car parks, so trips and mileage carry on through the blackspot instead of jumping across it.
It needs rigid mounting and a calibration drive at 10-100 km/h after fitting, error can grow after about 1 km without GNSS, and it does not work on motorcycles or scooters.

Yes. The FTC927 is 4G LTE Cat 1 with 2G fallback, and its LTE bands (B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28) cover all the main UK bands. The 4G link is unaffected by the UK 2G switch-off, which the networks have scheduled from 2029 (EE, O2) into 2030 (Vodafone).
It is hard-wired with the supplied 0.7 m five-wire cable: a permanent 10-30 V feed through a 3 A fuse, ground, ignition, one multi-function input and one output. Before fitting, open the snap-fit cover, insert the nano-SIM with the power off, connect the backup battery and configure it over USB-C, because the port cannot be reached once the cover is closed. Mount it firmly behind the dashboard with the label facing the windscreen. Teltonika says only qualified personnel should connect it, so use a professional fitter.
